The Alliance will continue to support health impact strategies, guided by the new 2023 Community Health Needs Assessment. This includes a goal to strengthen the system of care through continued health impact funding and community partnerships.
Health Impact Grants are invitation-only, multi-year grants awarded to programs that significantly contribute to turning the curve on impact goals and are able to scale services to address critical needs.
New applications for Health Impact grants are not being considered at this time.
